Mundaka Early Access

Connect Mundaka to your AI assistant.

This page describes how you set up your Mundaka account, connect Mundaka to Claude and ask your first questions. It takes a few minutes.

You enter this address in your AI assistant. It is the same for all participants and also in your confirmation email.

1. Set up your account

  1. Open the invitation link in your approval email. The link works once and is valid for 7 days.

  2. Check your details. Your email address is fixed. You can correct first name, last name and company.

  3. Set a password with at least 12 characters and accept the terms of use.

  4. Select "Create my account". Mundaka then brings you to this page and sends you a confirmation email.

2. Connect Mundaka to Claude

  1. On claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app, open Customize > Connectors.

  2. Add a custom connector. Enter "Mundaka" as the name and the server address above, then select "Add".

  3. Claude opens the Mundaka sign-in page. Sign in with your invited email address and your password, or request a sign-in link by email.

  4. Mundaka asks whether Claude may use Mundaka. Select "Allow".

  5. In a chat, select "+" at the lower left, then Connectors, and switch Mundaka on.

Free Claude plans allow one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds the connector for the organisation, and members then select "Connect". Details in Anthropic's help on connectors.

Using ChatGPT

ChatGPT supports custom MCP connectors in developer mode, on the web. Which plans can use them, and the exact steps, depend on your ChatGPT plan and your workspace settings. OpenAI describes the current steps in its help on developer mode. Use the server address above. On the consent page, Mundaka then names ChatGPT instead of Claude. We test Mundaka with Claude.

3. First questions to try

  • According to the commercial register, who is authorised to represent Verged CX GmbH, Düsseldorf?

  • Which public funding programmes are open to a company in North Rhine-Westphalia with 40 employees that plans a digitalisation project?

Mundaka reads registers and programme information. You file applications yourself, and the responsible authority decides.

Usage limits

  • 30 calls per person per hour.
  • 100 calls per person per day.
  • 500 calls per organisation per day.
  • If you reach a limit, further calls are refused until the time window resets.

Disconnect or delete your account

  • Disconnect: remove Mundaka in your assistant's connector settings. In Claude, open Customize > Connectors, select Mundaka and then "Remove".
  • Delete your account: ask your assistant, for example "Delete my Mundaka account". Or reply to your confirmation email. What we delete is described in the privacy notice.

If something does not work

  • Sign in only with the email address you were invited with. Any other address, including a variant with "+", counts as a different person.
  • The invitation link works once and expires after 7 days. An expired link shows "This link has expired". Select "Request a new link" there. If the page says "Your account is already set up", sign in from your assistant.
  • Our emails come from noreply@mundaka.verged.ai. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder.
